Payment Options and Policies
Payment
  • No charges are incurred until a signed MOU has been received by Western Ag Innovations
  • Payment information can be provided on the signed MOU or separately by phone, fax, or email
  • Payment by credit card or purchase order is required before PRS™-probes are shipped
  • We accept the following:
    • Credit cards
      • VISA or MasterCard
      • Cards are debited one or two days prior to shipment of PRS™-probes unless alternative arrangements are made
      • Receipts emailed within two days
    • Purchase orders
      • Please provide all required information. A copy of the purchase order is appreciated.
    • Bank transfers
      • Bank transfer information provided upon request
    • Checks
Refunds
  • There are no refunds for samples that are not submitted as part of an agreement. Credit for unused samples will be available to the researcher for one year after the original agreement ends. Please contact us if alternative arrangements are required.
Non-return of PRS™-probes
  • A charge of $15 per PRS™-probe may be levied for PRS™-probes that are not returned or are damaged due to improper use.

How to order PRS™-probes

Steps for ordering PRS™-probes:

  1. Contact us:
    • Complete and submit an online application form.
    • Send an e-mail. Click here.
    • Phone toll free 1-877-978-1777
      Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Central Standard Time).
  2. Based on information provided and correspondence with an R&D coordinator, we will send an estimate and confirmation for the number of samples you want analyzed. The application is not final until we have received the signed confirmation.
  3. Return the signed confirmation to us, including payment information (required before probes can be shipped to you). See payment options and policies.
  4. We will send you the PRS™-probes.
