Peregrine is a hard red winter wheat developed at the Crop Development Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Pergrine is suitable for feed, ethanol, and milling. The straw strength is high in Peregine however is taller than most other winter wheats. Peregrine is resistant to leaf, stem and stripe rust.
